Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany usually takes 1–5 working days. For international deliveries, the delivery time is generally 5–7 working days after conclusion of the contract (for prepayment, after receipt of payment).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Bulky goods and freight forwarding items are marked accordingly in the respective item description.

For deliveries to Switzerland or the United Kingdom, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply, which you are responsible for bearing.

For self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further Payment Details

When paying by SEPA basic direct debit or SEPA business direct debit, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from your specified account.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date.
Please ensure that your account has sufficient funds on the announced date.

When transferring the invoice amount, please state your order number so that we can correctly allocate your payment.
